I checked out their patreon and the last post was in May where a new chapter was uploaded, they mentioned having a 1 year old so I assume that would be taking up a lot of time but it looks like it is still in development.
Hi, this looks amazing!! The game is great and the artwork is gorgeous ❤
Please don't think i'm being rude but i wanted to know how far along the patreon version is, i wanted to support you and play a bit more but since i have limited extra money i just wanted to know if i should do it this month or maybe wait a couple more. I really like this so far and can't wait to buy the completed game!
The description specifically says that this is an otome game (a game with a female protagonist), so I don't think there will be any option for a male protagonist. There are a lot of yaoi/BL/bara games out there if you prefer male/male though. :)
I'm so excited for more!!!! I love the art style and the dialogue, it is written very well. Love the characters and omg their blushing faces are SO CUTE. I also love that it'll have an 18+ option. As a 25 year old woman, I sometimes find it hard to find adult otomes. I've found a few good ones and I know just from the demo this is going to be fantastic. I loved the Cowboy Bebop reference at the end of the demo because that was the vibe it gave off before I even downloaded it lol.. Firefly as well. We need more space westerns, they're so good! I'm going to go join your Patreon as well because I adore this already, I'm looking forward to the finished game! <3
Oh, I love how the narration and dialogue flowed! Wonderful stuff here! Suddenly got nostalgic for Outlaw Star haha. I think the only suggestion I can give is to optimize how the dialogue box works even further? I noticed that because the font color for all text is the same and because Ava's sprite is almost always on the box to show her reactions, you can actually get a bit confused as to who's speaking at the moment if you don't glance at the names all the time. And that kept happening to me because the writing just really compelled me read it like how the scene would've played out in an action movie scene lol. Perhaps assign different font colors for each character? Or even just color the names only, to signal the reader's peripheral view that the speaker has changed? Either way, I'm really excited to see the rest of the story!
I have a question about the release/purchasing. Will people be able to purchase the full game (16+ and 18+) through itch or is the only way to get that through Patreon? (Or will Patrons get early access?)
I stumbled onto this game from the Andromeda Six devs tweeting it as a recommendation. I really enjoyed the demo, and definitely got the vibe that it was inspired by a bunch of my favourite sci-fi tv series.
The characters all seem interesting, and my fave so far is Rhett. Definitely reminds me of Garrus from Mass Effect, from his character description and the dynamic MC has with him.
Some constructive criticism: The constant rock/electric guitars for BGM is a bit much/overwhelming for my tastes. Also, Lex as the East Asian woman character having streaked hair is a bit of a tired trope (as an East Asian woman myself lol).
Really hope this game blows up though, I'll be following its development! Also joined the Discord c:
This is such an engaging and thrilling story! From the very beginning, the music has already gotten me hooked, on top of the fast-paced opening. The art style is beautiful and every character looks unique. An incredibly promising beginning. Really excited to see what's in store! Thank you for creating this!
Thank you so much for your comment, I'm really happy you enjoyed it! I poured a lot of myself into this game so I'm glad to hear it resonated with you! I really hope you enjoy the rest of the game once it's done!
After finally having some time I could try out the demo and I have to say, I really enjoyed what you've got for us so far. The art is amazing and I love the general 'theme' of the game, the premise is interesting and I enjoyed the writing a lot - we're introduced to the characters and the world without it feeling like being fed stiff exposition in the middle of action. The characters themselves seem interesting so far, there's one I was a bit 'wary' of but after reading Teegan's description their route appears to be more of 'helping them find their way in the world' than the 'born sexy yesterday' trope so that kinda quelled my worries.
All in all, great demo and can't wait for more content to be released!
Thank you so much, I'm so happy you enjoyed it! I wanted to capture a more action movie feel than have the intro read be a drag; I'm happy you enjoyed that! I hope Teegan's route doesn't come across that way; it's not finished yet (I'm writing them one at a time instead of all at once) but I'll definitely keep it in mind so I don't veer into that territory!
I don't believe that's a fair claim, other than "a bunch of wanted criminals in space" there are no obvious similarities between the two. And that concept itself is hardly original. The character archetypes might be similar, but still seem distinct enough for me. I don't intend to start anything, it's just that I think telling someone who spent over a year developing their project (that going only off the date of their first Patreon post mad months before Andromeda release) that they're ripping someone else off comes across disrespectful. The general premise of the game doesn't seem all that similar to A6 either, nor the character dynamics as of yet.
Again, I mean no disrespect to you nor your personal opinion, I just felt the need to state that your comment came off as a bit insulting, even if you didn't mean it that way.
I'd have to agree that I'd don't believe that is a fair claim either.
I've played both games and
honestly the only parallel I can see beside them being wanted criminals. Is
that the pilot is a feisty woman like Andromeda 6.
The idea of a crew in space is not really a new concept as Hushibe said.
A6 are mercenaries, a line of
work that is considered legitimate if somewhat a grey area.
SR are pirates which is against the law, they are commiting bank robberies and theft.
A6 has a more futuristic Sci-Fi vibe.
SR has a more western sci-fi vibe.
The characters are actually vastly different although yes some share the
same archetypes, they aren’t matched the same way. Considering you are the
captain of this crew vs A6 were you are a stowaway the interaction between the
crew already seems vastly different than A6.
The closet thing I can compare SR too is Firefly.
I wouldn’t normally comment but I don’t think its fair to say this is a
direct rip off. I believe constructive criticism is important and you are intitled
to your opinion, but your comment did come off as somewhat abrasive. Even if you didn't intend it to be.
Perhaps if you could provide more instances of the areas you feel are too
similar that might be better.
You hit it in one. Direct inspiration was indeed Firefly. To a lesser extent, Cowboy Bebop. There's also a smattering of movie references, and lots of classic western themes. I've never actually played Andromeda Six.
hello there, I wanted to apologize for what I said because I didn't think at the time I was writing it, I usually think before I say anything but that day was kind of a bad one. but I hope you have a nice day and thank you for taking the time to say something.
my bad, I should have tried the game out before saying anything and I was in a bad mood that day and just got frustrated I guess. I should have put more thought and consideration into it before I commented. my apologies, have a nice day.

Is this novel still in production? Or is it already abandoned? :с

Wow, this has spunk in it! I wish there were more CGs of the action, they look so cool <3 I loved the ending, it left me intrigued. :)
So many handsome guys to choose from!
and girl
I'm really looking forward to this! The artwork is gorgeous! Thank you for all of the hard work you're putting into it!!!
looks good. I cant wait for the full thing!
Will there be a male character option on full release? i enjoyed the demo but was very disapointed at the lack of an option in that regard.

Demo is good! Blushing spirtes are good - will try out the game when it's fully out
It looks really promising, really eager to the finished game! :D

I liked demo a lot))) It is short but I am already in love with the game. Will be waiting for a full release, I am sure it will be amazing!
And jumping into starship from a cliff was cool. Really cool :DDD

Thanks so much! I'm glad to hear someone's already caught your eye 😉
It looks so interesting.Beautiful art :) Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much! Shout outs to my sprite artist Remnantation, and background artists Foxeleos and Keira for making it look so amazing!
